Terms of Use
These terms apply to the ViaSteps app and website ("ViaSteps"), provided by DEVOPZONE EOOD ("we", "us"). By using ViaSteps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ViaSteps. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Who can use ViaSteps
You must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 in the European Economic Area (or older if your country requires it).
2. Your account
You can use the local features as a guest. Some features need an account, which you create by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings, Account, Delete Account).
3. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ViaSteps on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms. The Apple standard license agreement (EULA) also applies. If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
4. Your content
Your trips, routes, photos, notes and voice memories remain yours. If you upload content to our servers, you give us the permission needed to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You must have the right to share the content you add and must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates other people's rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse ViaSteps: do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, access other people's data, harass others, or use ViaSteps for anything illegal. You can report content and block users in the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. ViaSteps Plus subscriptions
ViaSteps Plus is offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
7. Location and safety
Routes, distances and places shown in ViaSteps may be inaccurate. Do not rely on ViaSteps for navigation or safety-critical decisions, and pay attention to your surroundings while traveling.
8. Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove features. We try to keep ViaSteps available but do not guarantee that it will always work without interruption. If we change these terms in a significant way, we will tell you in the app.
9. Disclaimer and liability
ViaSteps is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data. Keep copies of content that matters to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
10. Ending
You can stop using ViaSteps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

1. ViaSteps'i kimler kullanabilir
En az 13 yaşında, Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda ise en az 16 yaşında (ülken daha yüksek bir yaş istiyorsa o yaşta) olmalısın.
2. Hesabın
Yerel özellikleri misafir olarak kullanabilirsin. Bazı özellikler hesap ister; hesabını Apple ya da Google ile giriş yaparak açarsın. Hesabında olanlardan sen sorumlusun. Hesabını uygulamada istediğin zaman silebilirsin (Ayarlar, Hesap, Hesabı sil).
3. Lisans
Sana, ViaSteps'i sahip olduğun ya da kontrol ettiğin Apple cihazlarında bu şartlar ve Apple Medya Hizmetleri Şartları çerçevesinde kullanman için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Apple standart lisans sözleşmesi (EULA) da geçerlidir. Bu şartlar ile Apple EULA çelişirse, yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde bu şartlar geçerli olur.
4. İçeriğin
Gezilerin, rotaların, fotoğrafların, notların ve sesli anıların senindir. Sunucularımıza içerik yüklersen, bu içeriği yalnız sana hizmet sunmak için saklamamıza ve işlememize izin vermiş olursun. Eklediğin içeriği paylaşma hakkına sahip olmalısın; yasa dışı, zararlı ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik yükleyemezsin.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
ViaSteps'i kötüye kullanma: hizmeti bozmaya, aşırı yüklemeye ya da tersine mühendislik yapmaya, başkalarının verilerine erişmeye, başkalarını taciz etmeye ve ViaSteps'i yasa dışı işlerde kullanmaya çalışma. Uygulamada içerik şikâyet edebilir ve kullanıcı engelleyebilirsin. Bu şartlara aykırı içerikleri kaldırabilir, hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
6. ViaSteps Plus abonelikleri
ViaSteps Plus, aylık ya da yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak sunulur. Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında Apple Kimliğinden alınır. Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenilemeyi kapatmazsan abonelik kendiliğinden yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır. Aboneliğini Apple Kimliği hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsin. İadeleri Apple kendi kurallarına göre yapar. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir.
7. Konum ve güvenlik
ViaSteps'te gösterilen rotalar, mesafeler ve yerler hatalı olabilir. Yol bulma ya da güvenlik açısından kritik kararlar için ViaSteps'e güvenme; seyahat ederken çevrene dikkat et.
8. Değişiklikler ve erişilebilirlik
Özellikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz. ViaSteps'i erişilebilir tutmaya çalışırız ama her zaman kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Bu şartları önemli ölçüde değiştirirsek sana uygulamada bildiririz.
9. Sorumluluk reddi ve sorumluluk
ViaSteps "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan ve veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Senin için önemli içeriklerin kopyasını sakla. Bu şartlar, zorunlu tüketici koruma yasalarından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.
10. Sona erme
ViaSteps'i kullanmayı istediğin zaman bırakabilir, hesabını silebilirsin. Bu şartları ciddi ya da tekrar tekrar ihlal edersen erişimini askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlar Bulgaristan hukukuna tabidir; yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır.
